Ooops… Just noticed I forgot to upload the actual article on “fast BART”. The article is called “Continuous-Time Birth-Death MCMC for Bayesian Regression Tree Models” by Reza Mohammadi, Matthew Pratola, and Maurits Kaptein. In the paper we describe a novel sampling approach for the popular Bayesian Additive Regression Tree model.
